Weissenrieder & Co combines extensive hands-on practical experience and theoretical insight with unique processes and software for enabling Asset Strategy Analysis and Capex Management. We serve clients within capital intensive industries globally.

A new and highly competitive product for automating the Capex (investments in production plants/mills) decision process needs a New Business Sales Manager! The market potential is very large and for the right, successful candidate the compensation package will be market leading and uncapped.

About the job, New Business Sales Manager

You will sell our Capex Management Software within mainly Sweden, but also parts of Finland/Norway, targeting C-level corporate officers in a selection of industries.

You will generate and qualify prospects, develop proposals, negotiate and close.

You will build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction.

You will develop and maintain group accounts with industrial manufacturing companies.

You will hold a selection of Key Accounts for ~1 year after a finalized sale.

You will attend trade shows, conventions and conferences as required.

You will approach CEOs, CFOs, and COOs and represent Weissenrieder in a professional manner.

You will initially work in close collaboration with an experienced sales manager and consultants in order to develop the skills and knowledge needed to ensure a deep understanding of our tools and services and customer benefits.


The candidate must:

• possess excellent selling and closing skills
• have an interest in bringing in new clients
• have a proven and successful track record in selling software to industrial corporations
• have the right and ability to work and travel frequently within Europe
• be fluent in written and spoken English
• be able to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• be able to develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• have self-confidence and be willing to accept a probation period upon initial hiring
• must be authorized to work within the European Union and to visit the US
• have excellent sales techniques and basic business practices. Requires ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing
• have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

The successful candidate is living or intending to live (before hire date) in Gothenburg, Sweden.
