Sweden Sales and Sales Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to develop our online business in Sweden and to be responsible for our online business customers as well as related systems and processes.

Reporting into the Sales Operations Manager you will get a very unique opportunity to shape a new role in the company, you will be an essential part of building up this function and to secure efficiency and quality in our online segment. Work will include both portfolio management as well as close cooperation with your colleagues globally. You will need to individually find solutions by interacting with stakeholders, and when needed cascade information to the organization.

You will work with great number of stakeholders and colleagues in a large variety of positions and the role is enabling you to build a great network within the Maersk group.

Key responsibilities

• As our E-Commerce focal you will manage customers within our online segment, as well as supporting other portfolios with our digital solutions
• Promote e-Commerce transactional KPI's & E-Commerce channel strategy for the cluster including coordination with e-Business community
• Onboard customer's to E-Commerce solutions and promote value propositions for each channel by face to face and phone interaction
• Support Internal stakeholders on E-Commerce sales related solutions
• Establish and execute action plan to achieve KPI's
• Review and analyze online performance and adoption to ensure full usage
• Cluster point of contact for head quarter stake holders, and cascade information stream locally
• Establish training plan and conduct trainings internally
• Analyze online business results and continuously evaluate how to improve and grow this segment

We are flexible about your university degree as long as you are customer focused, fully capable of proactively developing customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and to understand the customers - both internal and external.

We expect you to be business minded with a commercial approach, anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs as well as giving high priority to customer satisfaction.

You should be results-driven, outgoing and convincing, methodical, yet flexible in your approach to work and committed to high achievements.

Excellent interpersonal skills as well as personal resilience, determination to see projects and tasks through to completion are also really important to us.

It is an essential requirement to be a clear communicator at all levels, able to overcome objections and influence others without formal authority to manage needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Since the corporate language is English, proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
